Trouble with Steps for Session ID Save & Continue Later

I followed all the steps listed in this tutorial: https://www.jotform.com/help/97-How-to-Save-Forms-and-Continue-Later

However, when I fill out my Form 1 (collecting Contact Name and Email) then click submit to feed the 2nd form link to the user, the resulting link brings me to a form edit view of my form, not the form itself.  I've tried clearing my cookies and using Chrome over Safari but still the same.

if it take the highlighted above and paste it directly into a new window, then the form "user view" works.  I just can't get the session ID pass to occur. 

Second question:

Once I can get the above working, I still don't quite understand how to populate contact name from form 1 which is two fields into my main form field: Business Contact Name which is 1 field and   Contact Email.

The text URL is correct but the hyperlink is incorrect. It is pointing to /build/ which is the edit mode.

Anyway, I fixed it for you. Check your thank you URL now. I also added the business name and contact email parameters.
