    I test your form and when I click Sometimes, calculation field increased by 1 and All Time option adds 2. Isn't that you want in your form? Can you specify your problem with screenshots or in a detailed way. Maybe your form isn't updated on your browser and you're testing it on cached version. Try in a different browser or clear your caches.
