    Form Submit

    Asked by ChrisD on January 07, 2013 at 12:23 PM

    is there a way to create a drop down menu- and have the form send the email to me and other people?

    so if drop down has;

    location one - jotform sends to me only

    location two- jotform send to me and person X

    location three- jotform sends to me and person Y

    Thank you for your help...

    jotform user.

    Yes, that is possible. You can setup conditional logics

    1. Click on “Setup & Embed” tab

    2. Then click on  Conditions

    Select  Send an Email after submission

    From there choose SHOW/HIDE and Click on next

    So, when an option from a dropdown or radio button is selected, then it will send a notification to an specific email (you can add more and separate them by commas)

    You can make more than one email notification to accomplish that

    Yes you will need to make a condition for each email. You can click the Add New Rule for the other condition.

    Actually, you can make one email alert for a pair of emails, just separated by commas, for example, if both should be included when a condition is met

    However, if more than one condition needs to be met to send the email, then a new rule can be added
