Configurable list widget

Good Morning,

I have customized what I need to be on the list and selected update widget but, although while in edit form all of my changes are showing, when I preview the form it appears the same as it was when I first selected the widget????

I have checked your form and noticed the widget displays the same on the builder and preview, here are some screenshots about it: 

May you please provide us an image about how the widget looks on your end?
