Appointment Reservations Across Longer Time Spans

Hello,

I've used the appointment slots widget to set up time slot reservations, but now have requests to set up a similar form with dates available across a span of 5 weeks. I'm wondering if there's a way to set this up using a date selector that would then display the available time slots on that day, as opposed to having a separate appointment slot widget for each available day.

Along with that, is there a way to set up reminder emails for all participants to send two days before their reservation without needing to set up an auto-responder for each available day?

To my understanding, you would like to only have one Appointment Slots widget and only show available time slots based on specific dates.

If there is a specific date your respondents can reserve? We can try to send email notification conditionally based another field's value/selection. You can set up multiple email autoresponders in your form that will be sent at a later date after the form is submitted. The form has a feature to send email autoresponder at a later date.
