How can I allow for multiple listings for each field?

    This seems like it should be a rather easy solution, but I don't know what it would be. This is a form for a piano competition.  Each teacher includes his name, phone, etc.  Then he lists each student name along with each title of the piece each student is playing and each composer of each piece and the time limit of each piece and the level of each piece.  I would like the report to be Excel with Field headings at the top and then the lists of the students, pieces, composers, etc.  A single teacher could be entering 20 students in the competition, thus listing 20 compositions, 20 composers, etc.

    That is exactly what I needed!  Thank you!  One more reports don't include the Matrix fields.  I was hoping to get this in Excel format.  Any help is appreciated.

    Hi, please try downloading the CSV file of the submissions instead. Then just copy/paste the data into your Excel file afterwards.
