I can't access my account

    Hi,


    I was in the process of creating a form and I was suddenly locked out of my account.  It says AUTOSUSPEND under the login info.  I reset the password multiple times, and it says it was successful, but I cannot login. 

    It completely erased all progress I had made twice now, and I have lost about 30 minutes of work.


    I don't understand why this is happening - please help.

    Upon review of your account I found that it was automatically suspended (autosuspended) by our Phishing Detector Tool due to form: http://www.jotform.us/form/83116246722150 requesting password on plain field texts.

    Since our forms do not allow the collection of login credentials (email/username/password)

    Our phishing Detector Tool ranks high the word "password" and relates it to login credentials and automatically suspends every account that contains the word "password"

    Gathering this type of data infringes our Terms of Use, as this is only allowed through encryption along database administration; and our forms do not provide this kind of service.

    If your intention is not to collect login credentials you can use a different word.

    In order to avoid autosuspension of your account I have deleted the infringing field and reactivated your account.
