Do I have to commit to a plan for an entire year or month to month?

We have both monthly and yearly subscriptions. You can view plans and pricing here: https://www.jotform.com/pricing. There's a button toggle at the top to switch between monthly and yearly subscriptions.

The plan you select depends on your usage of Jotform. For instance, if you have an event coming up and it will run for only 3 months, it would make sense to pay monthly while if you have a business that runs all year long, it would make more sense to pay Yearly. Note that there is a discount for subscribing yearly.
