I have tried the html free text, but the correct font and size doesnt always save, so the form can look untidy when live?  Is there another way to do this?  Here is an example of what I am adding...

    Hi,

    Will this form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/30073231288953 do?

Since the free text(html) field tinymce editor has its own formatting process, there is the tendency that the formating will not be used from the original source text when you just paste into it. I understand that it is a bit complicated sometimes, but it has to rely on different systems and browser combinations.

You will have to do the formatting manualy. This is what I did on my form which is just a clone of yours.

If this form will do for what you need, you may want to clone it too. (use this guide on how to clone form)

Please inform us if you have further inquiry.

    Thanks.

Btw, what I did was copied your text from this post, and I pasted it as text only on the form html field -- then I manually formatted the color and bold texts.

    Hope this help.

    Thanks.

    Hi Jonathan,
    Thank you for your reply.
Just checked the form and it still has the issues of bold and different fonts etc.
I did originally try to copy the for text from word in arial and then format in the jotform, but still doesn't seen to work?
Anything else you can recommend please.
    Many thanks,
    Boyd

    Hi Boyd,

I can see the particular 1st page in my form like on this image.

Is this not how you wanted it?

Or are you instead refering to the 2nd page? I did not do any modification on that.

    Thanks.

    Hi Jonathan,
Sorry, yes - it was the second page I was referring to.
When you say you pasted it as text only into the html field - what do you mean exactly?
    Many thanks,
    Boyd

    Boyd,

Its like this... when I copied the texts, I paste them by righ-click, then I select paste as plain text. Then I just manually format that the necessary texts.

    Hope this help.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

That option is only available to Chrome Browser. If you are using Firefox or other browsers you can press Ctrl + Shift + V on your keyboard. That should paste the text as "Plain Text", or without any fomatting.

    Thanks!
