Form and fields not displaying correctly.
I have a form that is basically a work-flow.
Step 1 - a person make a 'request'
Step 2 - someone else approves the request
Step 3 - a supervisor does the final 'OK'.There are four separate 'requests'.
Request 'B' = match amendment
Request 'C' = wet weather amendmentBoth request types should display the same information to be displayed in Step 2.
However, the displayed information is actually different. Request B is correct while Request C is blank.
I have a couple of screen shots below that show the issue. Direct links to the form and the displays are below.
The form is https://form.jotform.co/82939081684873
Request A display is https://www.jotform.com/edit/4175420973429224548?section=2
Request B display is https://www.jotform.com/edit/4175430963421861430?section=2
I have also included a screen shot of the two submissions with their Submission ID and the "RequestType" field.

You have a condition that says, if "What did you want to do" is equal to "wet weather amendment", hide Section 2.
You might want to uncheck that if you want section 2 to be shown.
Let us know if you need further assistance.
