Update existing entry with SalesForce lead

    Hi there,


    I submitted a test entry using the same email address but a different last name (part of the full name field) as an entry in my SalesForce account.


    The lead was not updated.


    Is there any way to remove the Full Name requirement for duplicate checking of Leads or Contacts? I'd much rather use email OR phone, and then manage any duplicate myself.

    Please note that the Duplicate rules are set within the Salesforce in the Data management section. We request you to change the rules in your Salesforce account as per your requirement so that the form sent information shall be updated in the Salesforce lead. If the rule is not matching, it should be creating a new lead.

    Thanks for the reply. I've changed a couple of processes, so I'll check this out again soon.
