To whom it may concern,
I have recently paid for a subscription to increase my maximum submissions to 1000, but do not see this change happening on my profile. As I am currently working on a project that requires a lot of submissions, I need to make sure that I can receieve all of these submissions. Please advise ASAP.

You may need to logout first, clear your browsers cache before logging in again to see the changes on your account. Your account status show that you are Premium on our end;
