We've been using several Jotforms on our website to book tours and sell products. For some customers, it works just fine, however, some get an unsecure error message. Why is this happening to some, but not all when every form I built is SSL?

Your secure forms seems to work fine here, even tried it on IE8 browser. The only reason I could think is the user might be using an outdated or misconfigured browser. Also, some security certificates issues is due to an incorrect local date/time settings. Please ask them to check their machine date/time, this might sometimes help.
This is how your form displays on my end.

Thanks for the quick reply!
Apparently, since we are Jotform Pro, the secure url SHOULD look like https://jotformpro.com/form/123456789 and instead our url was https://secure.jotform.com/form/123456789 which made a difference on certain programs somehow.

I see. I am just using the secure form links on your sites. =)
Anyway, both actually works the same here. But I would recommend using jotformpro domain since you are premium.
