When our organization attempts to print completed forms in PDF format, only certain sections of the completed form, plus payment information, prints. Can you help us figure out why this is happening??

Hello and I'm sorry to hear that this is giving you problems. Is this the first time this has happened or did this problem just start after a few submissions as of now?
Also did you check your printer settings to make sure it has been set correctly?
Are you able to provide us with some screenshots of this problem?
- cherishlrcaAnswered on January 09, 2013 at 11:37 AMIt seems to be with only one of our forms, our winter camp registration form. There are fields that don't show up in the submissions or when we attempt to print PDF, however, they are all filled in and show up in our email notification of the submission. I don't know how to get screen shots. Sorry.

I have looked at one of your submissions. I printed the PDF and compared the information to that of the submission record. Please take a look at this short video:
Are you still experiencing the issue? I was not able to reproduce the problem.
