bounced again?

    Mijn formulieren worden wéér niet doorgestuurd naar mijn e-mail!

    Wat is er toch aan de hand? Ik krijg boze mailtjes waarom ik niet reageer...

    Het gaat om Het Bord.

    The issue is that a*c@studio***  was s IN the bounce list

    Reason(s) : 5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 554-'Sorry, your mail appears to be spam.= For more information visit - id-097= 08-11117'

    And you see , our servers show  the reason is that the email alerts coming from our servers are being rejected by your email service provider

    In order for you to avoid and prevent further issues,  either set the sender email address as



    Or, if   you do not want our email address  being setup as the Sender E-mail , into your email notification, then you should  whitelist our   Jotmail IP addresses into your email server (or ask for it to your email service provider)

    if I set the emailadress to I cannot return directly to
    the sender of the form, is that correct?

    Not quite, 

    Here is a guide to help you understand the differences between the labels on this settings:

    To reply directly to the user, simply add his address on the Reply-to-Email section.
