We have added a sub user but for some reason limited to 5 forms although our plan says 100. Why the limit?

The sub-user which is under the Free plan will use the Free/Starter plan limits. It means that he/she is limited only to 5 forms.
Please take note that you can only share forms with a sub-user. You cannot share subscription limits to the sub-user.
I recommend you transfer the sub-users forms to the main account. You can just drag it in the Shared folder to transfer the ownership. Here's a guide: Transfer Form Ownership as a Sub-Account User.
Hope that helps. If you have any questions, let us know. Thank you.

Just to be clear, when you move a form to the shared folder, this changes the form ownership. Moved form will use the limits of the main account.

You can see the shared forms in the shared folder. In My Forms, please click the folder below the "Shared with You".
If you're looking for a specific form, please use the "Search" function.
If you have any questions, let us know. Thank you.
