Shared forms are not showing the answers correctly

A user shared forms with me.

I can edit that forms, but can't see the submitted answers correctly.

It's happens with all forms shared.

The user who shared forms with me is "fmc314".

I uploaded a print for example.

Is there any error or something is misconfigured in my account (or the account of who shared with me)?

I can see that account, which has shared forms with you is storing it's data on our EU servers. Please note that in order to review submissions, both accounts (parent and sub user) need to store the data on same servers. Your account is currently on our US servers, so you can move your data or ask the parent account to uncheck EU servers option on a Data page: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/data
