rmcorrAsked on November 13, 2018 at 1:33 PMThis inquiry relates to the forms at www.njticservice.com. This is how the date is currently displayed on the form. Submission Date2018-11-13 09:07:27
https://www.jotform.com/submissions/51803164428150
But when save it as a pdf it reversed the month and day which is confusing. https://www.jotform.com/pdf-editor/51803164428150?preview=true&submission=4179272452094537744 -

Here's how to change the date format on the PDF
1. Unpreview the PDF so you can edit it
2. Now click the Date to change its format in its properties

rmcorrReplied on November 13, 2018 at 4:43 PMWhen I unpreview the form I get the following:
https://www.jotform.com/pdf-editor/1082611004847158?submission=4179272452094537744
But when I right or left click on the date field I do not get the small box labelled with the red “2” in your screen shot.
Instead, I get the following blank screen

It worked just fine for us. Just click the Date and it should show 3 icons, settings, duplicate and delete. Click on the settings icon to change its format.
Here,
1. Click this link https://www.jotform.com/pdf-editor/51803164428150
2. Click the Date then the properties icon as shown in the first screenshot.
Make sure you are logged in to your JotForm account on desktop or laptop to make this changes.
