    Hello,

    When I enter my email and click "forgot password" I am not receiving instructions for resetting my password.

    It seems that you refer to account that is associated with kurt****not@pc**alty.ca email. Please try resetting the password using this email address. If I have misunderstood, please provide us the username/email or form associated with your account to check.
