I have a really BIG problem.
What happen to my account?
I read this message.
It was suspected to be used for phishing. If you think this is a mistake please contact us to resolve this issue.
Let me know what happens exactly cause I really think there is a big mistake and now all my form are vanishing and my clients are very angry cause it's the second time that this service is suspended: first time for your problem on server and now for this mistake. Not even an alert message to me for let me know or ask some clarifications.
Now it's very urgent: let me know what happen and if and when I can reactivate my forms. Or move to another service.

Hello metella. Your account was automatically suspended by Jotform's system because of the login form that you had created. To explain, Jotform cannot process authentications, and can only collect data from users who use your forms. Which is why the system suspected your form to be used for phishing.
I have reactivated your account, but to prevent your account from getting suspended again, may I request from you to delete the login form that you have created.
