Is there any way to stop Jotform generated emails from going to clients Hotmail Junk folders?
Seems like there is an issue with Hotmail...

Try to use firstname.lastname@example.org on your form's autoresponder sender email settings. This might help.

Hi, Unfortunately this is not a solution that works. Have had to resort to putting a "Note to Hotmail Users" to advise them to check their Junk folder for the presence of an email.
Any other ideas?... I'm not sure if this issue is limited only to Hotmail users...

"Whitelisting" your email servers will not solve my issue....
I am recieving emails from JotForm just fine.
My issue is that autoresponders emails sent from my form are placed in my users Hotmail "Junk" folders.
This happens no matter what sender email address I use.
So unless there is some way of configuring the autoresponder emails so they are not seen as spam/junk by Hotmail, I'm not sure how the issue can be solved...

I'm receiving all my forms Auto Responder in my Hotmail Inbox even using my personal email address and the email@example.com by Jotform so it could be possible that your user have there Hotmail Email Filtering enabled, the junk email filter have been set to "Exclusive" (Everything is sent to the junk email folder except messages from your contacts and safe senders, Hotmail service announcements, and alerts that you signed up for).
So I suggest you to advice users to check their settings and possibly add you on their contact list. Or, does it happen all time? All of your user have been reporting the same issue? Let us know.

Ok, I think I've found a solution...
I've altered my form to send a Notification Email to the websites email address.
Next, I've set up a auto reponse email from the websites email address (at server level), which, apparently, isn't blocked by Hotmails filters (YET).

I was not able to reproduce the junk mail issue with the Hotmail address and form Autoresponder. However, thank you very much for sharing your work around, it may be useful for other JotForm users.
