502 Bad Gateway error on submission

    I have three forms  running for the registration of an event.

    Since yesterday for non of them the submission is possible anymore. Error message is: "Bad Gateway" ngix.

    Sometimes the form goes through but the sender does not get a confirmation. Therefore it happend that we got up to six registrations from the same person!

    I need that fixed immediately.
