I sucessfully created an E-mail notification when somone fills out the form. This seems to work great. At the bottom I added the optional IP address identifer.
Do you have a way to add geolocation in a similar manner. I would prefer just to have to lat / long coordinates of the submitter, I do not need to have an embedded map etc. I believe that this is an HMTL5 process. If you cannot or will not support this can I imbed this type of code myself for the E-mail notification form?

Unfortunately, such function is NOT available with Jotform. That is maybe possible with some additional scripting added to your form full souce codes.
Some other workaround to know the Latitude/Longitude Coordinates of the form submitter is to click on the "View Larger Map" link on the form submissions page, you will be redirected to Google Map. When you are in Google Map, you have the option to embed the map, get the codes and find the first set of numbers, that is the Lat/Long Coordinates of the submitter;
