Can I save and use a PDF I created as a template in one form in a different form?

Can I save and use a PDF I created as a template in one form in a different form? 

If so can I save it as a privet Template not public?

Yes, you can do this. First thing, you need to save the Save as Template button in the Customize window:

You will be asked to provide an information related to the PDF. The "Template Categories" is required and this is where you should locate the template later. Check "Make this template private" to make the template private.

Go to the other form and proceed to the PDF editor. Click Templates. Select the category that you have selected to save the template from the first form. You should find the template from that category:

Note that you can only save the PDF version of the submission, not the fillable PDF form.
