Hi this looks great but when I click on submissions, it only shows the page for a split second and then goes to a blank page.

I tried opening the submission from this form (https://form.jotform.com/72007259536154) and I was able to replicate the issue on my end. I also tried opening the submissions from the other form and it's working fine.
I have now elevated this issue to the next level support so that they can investigate the problem. We will notify you here and on your email at once when status update is available.Thank you for your understanding.

We're sorry for the inconveniences. The problem on JotForm Sheets is fixed, you can view your form submissions without any problems now.

have another problem.Randomly, we have had customers in the last three
days who sent an order through, we did not get the order at our email
address but happened to see it on the event calendar. One customer got the
"thank you" at the end of her ordering process and it never showed up
ANYWHERE for us to see. What can we do to ensure this does not happen
again?
