When I complete the form on mobile and hit "submit" it just says "please wait".
It works on the Desktop Version but not mobile.

I've tried submitting your form using my Android device and was able to submit it.
May I know if you are still able to replicate this on your end? Also, what mobile device are you using when you encounter the issue?

Hi! Sure. The device that is getting the issue is on Moto G3 on android using the standard browser Chrome.

We do not have that specific device but we tried submitting your form on different mobile devices running on Android OS. The form submits as expected. The standalone form is also working.
Perhaps the problem is very specific on the user's device. Can you ask them to try it again using an updated Chrome browser?
