But we are not receiving them, i have checked with our email provider and they said to check with you. I know once before something similar happened and we were on a bounce list but this is very bad because these are new clients thinking we are incompetent. Our forms have always been forwarded to tara or info@pupstars.com. I also had a client on an ipad unable to sign/click submit.

I see that the last submission made on your form was on November 1. Currently, I could not replicate the problem that you are having.
If they were having difficulty making a submission, can you tell us if the form is embedded on a page or in stand alone? In any case, I have cleared your form's cache if in case this was the one causing the problem. Feel free to let us know if the problem persists.
