Can I have files loaded ONLY to Google Drive as that is the final destination and I don't need storage on both Jotform and GDrive?

Unfortunately you will always be required to upload the files first to JotForm. Technically you are using the services, so it will be required for the submission data and files to be copied to Jotform as we will need those data as well when providing technical assistance/support.

Most users have found a workaround to this process by just deleting the submission data on the form after the data had been transferred/copy to the 3rd party hosting integration used (i.e. gdrive, dropbox, box.com...etc.)

You can auto delete the form submissions using the Auto Delete Submissions app.

    link: https://apps.jotform.com/app/auto_delete_submissions

What this app do is it auto delete the submission data of your form after it had already completed all post submission integration (i.e. after submission sent to your google drive).

This way you will never have a copy of the form submission data and files on Jotform server.

I hope this help. Let us know if  you need further assistance.
