I have a customer that keeps receiving a "payment 1011" error on a form. Please let me know how I can fix this issue. Thanks

Chase Wepay integration requires your website to be accessed through a secure HTTPS protocol. From the screenshot you sent, I can see the user accessing the form with unsecured HTTP (and not HTTPS).
Please ask users to access the website as https://www.grindmodeelite.com/index.html
