I checked our mail logs to your email and I see that your account requested for forget password. Please note that only user has access from the email registered to your account can change / reset the password of your account.

I kindly recommend changing your gmail password and adding 2FA for additional security of your Gmail account.

Hope this helps! But, please get back to us if you need further assistance.

Are you able to login to your account? If not, try to reset your password so you can get access to your account again. Also, make sure your Gmail is secured, change your password and log out on all devices. Here's a guide :How to reset the password.

You can follow this guide on How to Sign Out Gmail From Multiple Devices.

Yes, I noticed that there was a password change request and it was changed successfully.

I would recommend changing the passwords of any email addresses or accounts linked to your JotForm account to ensure that the compromise does not happen again.  I can assure you that they did not hack directly into your account, it was likely done through a compromised email account and a password reset. Please enable two-step verification in your Gmail account.

    Thanks.
