    Logo image change not taking effect

    I have removed our old logo image from our form. I uploaded our new logo, on the form template everything looks fine, new logo shows.

    When the form is sent it is displaying the old logo.

    Can you please advise the solution.

    You might be viewing the old cache of your form, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies this might help. If not, use "www" on your form URL instead of "form".

    The issue is not a web issue. It displays fine from my forms. When i submit a form either from my PC, Laptop, iPad and iPhone and previously non-form used devices it delivers the form into my email with the old logo. Its like the original logo is enbedded somewhere.

    I see, thanks for providing that details. That seems to explain it better. =)


    First off, your logo URL isn't working as it displays an error here. http://www.jotform.com/uploads/doylescapes/form_files/Doylescapes.png

    The best way to fixed this is to recreate your form notification. Delete the existing notification and recreate a new one with the new logo embedded on the template. This should fixed the old logo issue. Thanks!
