    My form preforms very slow, why? - Urgent!!

    Your form is slow because of your conditions. You have 56 conditions and some of them are broken (set for the fields you deleted from the form). It also seems that there is a conflict between your conditions. I would suggest you to delete or fix the broken conditions and to double check your other conditions to see if there are any conflicts between them. For example, if there are multiple conditions set to show and hide the same field.
