I just created a questionnaire but I did not add any page breaks. Is it possible to edit the form and add the page breaks now?

No problem, you may add them to your form, example:

Forgot to mention, in order to go into the edit mode of your form, you need to select it, and click on Edit Form button:

I guess I am not making myself clear and I apologize for that. I hope I do better this time around. Once a questionnaire is completed, I would like to make a hard copy for future use. I would like the questions and answers to fill a page. I am not sure how I would know where to approximately place a page break? I have not submitted my form to you, not sure if that makes any difference in your reply. I am also wondering if I could print off a copy just to see about where they might occur.

Hope this is more of a help to you in trying to answer my question.

I apologize, I think I understood correctly what you need. In order to get a hard copy, and define the page breaks, you can export the form to PDF, and add the pagebreak where you want to before downloading the PDF file.

I have cloned your form, please see this example:

    1) Select the Form, click on More, then on Create PDF Form:

    2) Add the Pagebreaks as shown in this example:

    I hope this helps.
