I upgraded, and the Jotfrom branding is still showing on the bottom of the page

    Hello,


    I have a few concerns. 


    1) I upgraded, and the Jotfrom branding is still showing on the bottom of the page once i submit a form. Please see the screen shot. Why is there? 

    2) Secondly, when i use the email verification with code, sometimes it takes a while and sometimes the email does not even arrive. Also, how do i customize that verification code email? It has your branding etc. I want that removed and replaced with our logo. Also The from email, is there way to change that and the display name so my customers know its coming from our website?


    3) Can we change the https://form.jotform.com/Weedmayhem/join-maps to our custom domain?

    Please kindly get back to me on these matter ASAP.

    Please go to your account settings to uncheck the branding option: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
