    Form does not submit - asks for captcha twice

    Hi there,

    1. I have two forms. Contact form works fine. Application form is similar, with similar settins but doesn`t work.

    Email testing is fine. Code testing doesn`t work. The recapcha appears twice, for the second time on a new page and then doesn`t give the Thank you message. Doesn`t send the submission form to my e-mail either.

     

    2. How can I edit the horizontal line in the Thank you message? Can`t seem to delete it.

    Monika,

    There seems to be a problem with this certain form, but I am having a hard time pinpointing the exact cause. Still, we'll continue investigating this issue.

    Meanwhile, I have created a clone of it under your account and it works just fine. Would you mind using the said clone from here on out?

    By the way, you can remove the horizontal line by deleting it from the Thank You message.

    1.  Open your form in edit mode
    2.  Click the Thank You button
    3.  Select Thank You message
    4.  Apply the changes then click Finish
    5.  Save your form

    Hi Neil,
    Yes, I tested it too. The clone is working.
    I still can`t take out the line without taking out the whole message, but it`s not a huge issue.
    Let`s see how the form works when I integrate the code to my website.

    Hi,

    That's great to hear, please do update us on the clone form is working fine on your website.

    To take out the line from the thank you page, you just need to edit it through HTML and delete <hr /> code, then click update.

    Great thank you. I have no idea about code so wasn`t thinking about it.
    The cloned page integrated well with my site. But integration with Google Drive doesn`t work now. Can`t seem to pass authentication.
    It works well with the contact form.

    What exact error are you getting when trying to integrate the cloned form with Google Drive? Can you please try again now?

    I tried it again.
    This time the integration went through, but the form is not working again on my site.
    I went through the same motion. Cloned it, checking settings etc. E-mail test works, preview works. Then after integrating it with Google it doesn`t work again. Asks for capthca twice and doesn`t summit. No thank you message either.
    I`m going in circles and crazy!

    Additional info. I took out integration with Google and the form works fine again. Why is this happening? I`d really like it on my GDrive.

    @Monka

    Thanks for the udpate.

    I have tried integrating my forms here and it seems to be working fine. Please note that editing form fields might break the integration so we'd recommend to remove the integration and re-integrate it again. Or, try to:

    1. Remove the integrations then logout from your JotForm account,

    2. Clear your browsers cache,

    3. Relogin and integrate your form to Google Spreadsheet and Google Drive.
