Error message comes up every time I click on submissions button that it can't read form information, please try reloading it. I logged out and clear all the cache and re-log in but I'm still having the same problem.
Even try using different PC in several different locations but none of this works!

Sorry that you are having problems, that is very frustrating. I've just logged into your account and I can view your submissions data without any problem. Is it a specific form or all of them? Are you using different browsers on the different machines, or is there anything common to all of them? Any information you can send will help us to diagnose the problem.

I use IE8 on all machines. This issue affects every forms not just one.
Any ideas why that is??

We have spent a lot of time on that bug but we do not know why that sometimes happens on IE. It works fine on our IE, but on some versions of IE, the page simply does not work.
So, please try using a different browser to look at your Submissions. Such as Firefox.

i've just run a Browsershots.org request to check it. That produces a page like a basic browser without plugins - and the results look fine. So it occured to me that perhaps you have some plugin Olay which might be interfering with the form. Could you try disabling them? Here is an article on how to do that:
Failing that you would have to do as Aytekin suggests and use another browser.
