Form embedded in SquareSpace page is cut off.

I had a really long and detailed form on my SquareSpace website. It was constantly getting cut off. Adjusting the height of the iframe only added space at the bottom of my desktop version. This form can be seen on the 'Get a quote' page.

I read somewhere in a forum that adjusting the size of your form could help. Since I couldn't remove anything, I condensed the height of it. Which can be seen on the 'Quote' page. It's still getting cut off. Are you able to see what might be breaking it?

Please ensure that you delete the script code which is added along with the iFrame code.
