How can I add discount codes to my form?

    Hi,

    I have a form that uses a condition to apply a discount code. The condition is as follows:

     

    IF 14. Discount Code

    STATE Contains

    TARGET Value

    VALUE NEW147

     

    DO Calculate a field's value


    Standard Ticket    0-9*197-50

    SUMMARY 8.Total:

     

    This allows a user to enter the code "NEW147" in the Discount Code field after selecting their ticket, and it applies the correct discounted amount, however, I want to add a second code..

     

    I created another condition using the same settings for the second code, but it doesn't recognise the discount code when I enter it in the Discount Code field in the form. It only recognises the first code I did.

     

    How can I create multiple codes?

    Hello Ben,

    If second code provides the same discount, you may add it into first condition with a comma:

    But, if discount amount is different, another condition should work. Could you share the form you are having difficulties so we checked it? The one provided in your post does not seem to exist at the moment.
