Problems with accounts that prevent forms to be manipulated by all persons allowed.

    Hi there, I have a gold admin account and I am allowed to create others user accounts. so they can benefit from a great amount of submissions.

    I created a folder ("D.Recherche" ) and a new account for a colleague (= "DRecherche") limited to this folder.  He can see what I put in this common folder ; I cannot manipulate the forms he created in the same folder. I cannot see the form he created in the jotform backend.

    How is this possible? Can you fix this? we want more than 100 form submisssions for this account.

    My account is FederationWB

    best regards;

    to contact me : web@cfwb.be

    Note that when you add another account as sub-user they need to make sure the created forms are placed into the shared folder, if the forms are outside they may drag and drop it into the folder:

    Once this is done, the form will be transferred over to you, the main account, and you will have full access over the form.

    I hope this helps.

    Thanks kevin_G, it helps of course.

    However I wonder why the account I created for the "sub-user" is still marked  as free ?

    I created the subuser from the admin account ; I created a specific folder; I Assigned this folder to him;  he went to the process of getting a personal password.  Normally he should benefit from the licence we pay. ? and whatever form he creates later in his folder should benefit as well?

    Is this something wrong with this way of doing?

    Thanks for your clarifications.

    Please note that adding a sub-user does not upgrade it to the same plan the main account has, they are still holding their own plan, so if the sub-account is on free status, this will not change when you add it as sub-user.

    Basically, what they need to do in order to take advantage of the main account limits is to move the forms as shown on my previous response.

    Thanks.
