Yes, it is possible to change your account username. However, we may need to perform the update on our end since you have an active paid subscription.
Can you give us at least 3 usernames that are listed in the order of your preference, please?
Also, please be noted that any active custom form URL that you are using will no longer work after the change until updated to have the new username — How-to-create-a-Custom-URL-of-a-form
