My links and shared forms on my account disappeared after changing account email

    I just changed my email address and the linked forms and shared accounts disappeared! Help! I need them back.

    When main account shares forms, it is required to enter email address of the person to share forms with. It could be possible that when you changed email address of your account, the system could not recognize your account to share forms. Would it be possible to ask the owner of account, that shares forms with you, to update your email on sub users page?

    Hi Victoria,
    So if I return it back to the original email, I will get the shared forms
    back? I reached out to the original account that shared the forms and no
    response. We have client information from the forms that we need. I had no
    idea changing the emails would mean losing the shared forms.

    Yes, that should get better to you, if you change the email address back. But if it doesn't work, then the form owner will have to share again.
