Hi, 

I have an account with Jotform, but I can not remember by password or if the username is just my email? I have tried sending the "forget password" email to reset the password and it has not been sent. 

I'm stuck! Can you please help me to log back into my account? I don't know if I have security questions so that you can verify it's me.

And you can use it for login.
