We are getting a Network Error when trying to download an excel report from our form

Hi,

Tried downloading form submission data using several browsers and we are getting a network error.  I was able to download form submissions from different forms.  We download this data on a weekly basis...so, I can tell you that this is the first time this has happened and we successfully downloaded the data last week.

Based on the file name and last form ID, this is the form https://www.jotformpro.com/form/70087621198965.

If you permit us, we will try to download the excel report to our end - to see if we can replicate the problem. If in case you will allow us, we need to know if you are trying to download a report for this week or last week considering that you've mentioned such timeframe. 

So far, we do not have this issue, and by looking at it, it seems to be related to the number of submissions or in short, the file size.
