How can I set up Show/Hide Conditional questions in my jot form?

Asked by RedressRaleigh on January 13, 2013 at 02:23 PM

We want to set up a form where users have a choice of a yes or no question - if they answer yes, then more questions relating to this will show up, but if they choose no, these additional questions will not be displayed. How do we go about setting up a conditional question?  I've seen this on another user's form/ forum question, but can't figure out how they set up the conditional question to begin with.

I'm trying to set up a question similar to the example in the linked form where he asks "any moving violations in the past year?" - if the user answers Yes, another text box appears.  If no, then that field remains hidden.  How do I do that?

To accomplish that effect simply stablish a show/hide conditional for the Yes answer

For example, on this screen  IF "previously employed"  EQUALS TO   YES

SHOW  : Previous Employment (textbox field)

The system would undestand an OTHERWISE sentence

So it would be  "Otherwise, keep it (textbox field) hidden"
