password reset email never sends

    Hi! I have closed the business that I was using Jotform for, so I need to shut down my subscription. I'm trying to get into my account, but the password reset email never sends. Please advise. 

    username is redbudplayschool

    I have checked the account and the reset instructions should be mailed to the email address fra***s@redbudplayschool.com.
