I just upgraded my account from a bronze to a silver plan but not sure if I actually applied it to the Bentley account or if I just paid you for a whole new subscription. It’s very difficult to do this by e mail as when they send me a reply and it is not what I needed then I need to start over again with a new person. Is there a phone number I could speak with a live person?
