    Jotform can't send email to a particular address

    Hi,

    I'm trying to setup a notification email for my jotform. However when I enter my Primary email address (xxx@bbuy.com.my) and test it using testmail, there is no mail coming in (not even in spam).

    Then I try to change my account to use my secondary email (xxx@gmail.com), the test mail is successful.

    Both email are hosted by google apps.

    Kindly advise. Thank you.

    Hi,

    You should submit an actual submissions with your form to test the notifications recipient email address. Test Email on the notification wizard only sends notification to the email address that is associated with your account. We've made it this way so user's will not be able to abuse this feature.

    Hi idarktech ,

    I did test from live forms, and I did not manage to get notification in my primary email.

    Both primary & secondary email are hosted by google gmail, shouldn't both email account support the same email white list?

    Hi,

    Your primary email ended up to the bounce list due to the following reason:

    Reason(s) : 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'5.7.1 Relaying to  denied (authentication required)'

    I have now removed it so it should be fine now. Kindly check it again.

    FYI, this problem is usually occurred when your email service provider rejects  unrecognized connections and display relaying denied message.
