Is there a way to put a routing box in the form (office use only) that will show up on the completed form we receive via email?

Unfortunately, this is not possible.
You can add a box that only appears in the form when it is ment for staff member.
You can add information to this box while editting the form on the submissions page if you wish.
here is a sample form:
You can enter a sample submission and you will receive an autoresponder that simulates what the owner of the form (in this case me) will receive. On this e-mail you should receive a link to the submissions page of this form and a password
Follow the link and click on the "Edit" button at the top right of the page.
Choose the "Staff" option on the form and rate the aplication. Upon submitting the edited form, you should refresh the page to see the updated record
Note. The down side of this feature is that you will use twice the number of submissions

1 submission from the staff
