UPDATE (February 22, 2019): You can also import your Fillable PDF Form to JotForm inside the PDF Editor.

    1. Click on the + New PDF tab.

    2. Select New PDF Form.

    3. From the modal, you can select Import PDF Form option:

Sadly, this isn't doable. You can only create a fillable PDF form from one of your existing online JotForm forms. Or you can build one from scratch (more on this below).

So, I elevated your thread as a feature request. Please keep in mind that there's no assurance whether this will be implemented. It will highly depend on the viability of the feature, the amount of similar requests we get, along with the workload of our Developers.

We can't give you any timeframe but we'll keep you apprised on this same thread when there's an update.

For the meantime, I recommend you use our new PDF EDITOR. It works in a similar sense as our FORM BUILDER but instead of an online form, you can build and design your own fillable PDF form.
