I switched to an SSL secured site, now my forms aren't showing up

I just switched to an SSL secured site. Now my forms are not showing up  unless the user chooses the "show secure content" at the bottom of the web page.

I am afraid this will cause me to lose customers who do not see this prompt at the bottom of the page and just assume there's no form to fill out. The web page shows the rest of my websites content... so they're just going to assume there's no form.

Is there any way to get my forms to automatically show up with my HTTPS website without the users having to 'prompt' it to show up?

    Thank you for contacting us.

The problem seems to be related to the SSL certificate on your website, the intermediate/chain certificate should be installed/fixed.

Please contact your hosting provider and/or SSL provider to get it solved.

If you need any further assistance, please let us know.

The reason it is showing this message is because of jotform showing http. I just got off the phone with my web host provider.

Please view the site in internet explorer then you will see what i am talking about.

The entire reason firefox is giving you that error message is because part of my website is not secure... the jotform portion....

OK I think the better question here is, how do I secure my form to read https? I read one of your forums that says to exchange

    http://form.jotform.com/jsform for https://secure.jotform.com /jsform

I did that and it's not working

    There are two problems:

    1. HTTP resources under HTTPS connection, this is giving the warning in your browser.

Try to visit the main page in Internet Explorer and you will see the same warning that is not related to our forms:

    https://www.angeleggdonation.com

Then, open the http://www.angeleggdonation.com/profile-access.html, this will load your sive via HTTP, and our form via HTTPS (since you use secure embed code), it will not show you any errors.

To understand that problem you may check the following thread:

Dealing with HTTP content in HTTPS pages

    2. SSL chain certificate for your domain. The certificate may be fine in most browsers, but still there is a slight issue.

The entire reason firefox is giving you that error message is because part of my website is not secure... the jotform portion....

I am sorry, but this is not true. To check this, open the following image link in Firefox.

    https://www.angeleggdonation.com/image/54717250.png

That SSL link is not connected with our service in any way.

Your code is good. Here is a link to our tutorial:
